Year 5 students were given a rare opportunity to visit an animation studio in Aravaca called The SPA Studios. On this visit, students were able to learn about how animated films are made, and they had a behind-the-scenes look at the production of a film called Klaus, which will be Netflix’s first original family animated film. This once in a lifetime opportunity was open to us thanks to Mrs Ashleigh’s husband, who is an Animation Artist for the film, and the film will be released on Netflix in November 2019.
